quality and usability are up on its predecessor the 350D.
The 2MP increase brings the 400D inline with the latest generation of digital cameras and the introduction
of a much larger TFT screen makes picture reviewing and menu setup far easier with a quick glance or in
bright conditions.
Battery Life is lessened to a degree but you can still achieve 250 or more shots per charge. A new addition
from the semi-pro range is the ninepoint auto focus system that greatly aids picture taking where lighting
levels are beginning to drop.
A new feature for this model is an antidust system. If you've ever used an SLR before with different lens
you'll know how much of problem dust can be. Clever technology automatically shakes of the dust from the
filters surface.
The only negative point I can think of is the smallish viewfinder and thats digging deep to find a negative.
